Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie with Honey

As much as I love Shakeology I do love to experiment with other shakes and smoothies too. This is one of my favorites as a quick breakfast or as a super tasty recovery shake after a really hard workout. Somehow I always workout just a little harder when one of these babies is waiting for me after ;)




Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

1 banana~ I like to freeze mine first and then break up or slice before blending
2/3 cup almond or rice milk (because dairy is BLECH)
2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter

1 tablespoon honey
3 to 4 ice cubes

Combine banana, milk, peanut butter, and honey in blender. Blend at high speed until
smooth and creamy. Add ice and blend until smooth and ENJOY!
