End of the day and I am TOAST, kaput, finito, stick a fork in me I am done. I love that :-) I love it because I know I ended the day with my gas tank on empty, not because I ate like crap, filled my body with garbage or did not move around enough, but because I gave everything I had and then gave a little more (one of those things being this post) Why?? Because I know I can do better and I want even mote out of this year than I did the last.
So before I start rambling on and scaring people let me leave you with this~ there is almost ALWAYS a little more you can give or do. Imagine how much that would add up if you did it on a daily basis?? A little more in the savings account, 1 more awesome experience had, 1 more thing to put you ahead of the game tomorrow.
Give your all peeps, it IS worth it :)
OK, off to chill for a bit, rest up and hit it hard again tomorrow!
